Ok so the ladies took over the AMerican Music Awards , from Janet Jackson opening up as the main act to follow by Lady Gaga ,Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Shakira,Jlo and Whitney Houston it was definetly ladies night....

As for the performances I was not to impressed ,RiRi's singing was not impressive , Whitney tried to hit the notes she use to but wsnt able to but she did look better than before ...Jlo fell on her butt in her hard dance routine lol ,,maybe its time to hang up the dance moves now?? Alicia never fails always great to me Lady Gaga is weird but that girl can actually sing!

Taylor Swift took over the awards with 5wins ,,but to get the artist of the year over MJ?ahh she needs to send a Thank you note to Kanye for making her the feel sorry for girl to give an award to ,,reallly she is good but no one should beat MJ, come on now!

H1N1 scare,,,to take it or not?!

Well the Swineflu* has not passed by anyone in the sence of media attention it has gotten ,, To take the flu shot or not has been the big question , and so far in Toronto only high risk patients are allowed to get it ,,such as pregnant women and small children...there is not much research done on this vaccine , and there has been several deaths associated with the H1N1 flu,,hard decisions ,,by the time the general public is allowed to choose to have this shot the flu season will be at its end almost many say ,,,,

Ok so the NBA season is in full effect ,,they home opener against Cleveland they won! So looking at the line up they had with some new additions of some young players like Wright and Jack the line up didnt look bad at all at times ,,also Turkoglu is definetly a name that is good to have late in the game when you need some shots! So lets see what happens this season ,,but it has started ok so far ,,,,,,
