If you live or work or have been in the downtown area of Toronto the last couple of weeks , you know how intense the protest from sri lankan's have been ,,I am not talking little quiet protests outside the consulates ,,Here are some pictures that show it all ,,The picture that shows the highway closed off all sunday night because they decided to go and stand in the middle of the highway to get media and governments attention to a matter of their own people dying back home,,This I got to see and hear with my own eyes as they walked down the mainstreet outside my building on spadina yelling genecide , people of all ages ,walking together holding flags,,its definetly the realest cry 4help I have witnessed in my days of living so far up and close ,,You think when you live in a big city you are not going to witness what usually happens in third world countries but they definetly made a statement in media and in the city of Toronto and no doubt around the world that this is a serious matter !
