Be like RiRi, Cassie ,La La and the rest and put some neon on the nails , and if you want to be in style you can design it to only put a coat on the top of the nail with the colour of your choice,, OPI is one of the labels that carry almost any colour you can think of for the retail price of 7-9 dollars, its a steal!!
